Obviously, this might be an issue for those who don't know English or German well enough. The only possible problem is that it is already set to English (though a couple units/ buildings are still in Russian), and the only other available translation that works with this download is German. Is Kingdoms activated under your DLC+Expansions tab? You find this by right-clicking on Medieval 2 in your Games list, and then clicking "Properties."
